The control booth area is designed for maximum efficiency. It provides controls for video switching and special effects between 3 cameras and a playback VCR ("let's go to the videotape"). Also, controls are provided for 5 studio microphones, playback VCR audio, CD player, and the microphone for an announcer. TV monitors are used to see all feeds, as well as the broadcast output.

Beacon's video editing is all done digitally on a computer using 3 SVHS VCRs and an integrated system called Video Toaster Flyer. The addition of the fully integrated Flyer to the Video Toaster gives you some amazing additional tools.
